1. Return Eligibility

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags.
  • Certain items (e.g., cosmetics, innerwear, or personal use items) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

2. Refund Conditions

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method or wallet balance.
  • Refunds are issued only after returned items are verified by the seller or NilyMart team.

3. Damaged / Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please report it with photos within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Return Process

  • Go to your order history and request a return.
  • We will arrange pickup or ask you to send the product back, depending on location and seller policy.
